More info regarding drivers
- The SxS card device drivers are only required only if you intend on inserting your SxS cards directly in an ExpressCard slot in your computer.
- If you use the SBAC-US10 SxS card reader, PMW-EX1 or PMW-EX3 camcorders, or the PMW-EX30 deck, you do not need to install these drivers - they are treated as USB Mass Storage devices by the operating system.
SanDisk and Sony have jointly developed SxS, a specification that is optimized for Sony professional video cameras, and to verify that ExpressCard memory cards will support the high-speed performance required for professional video. The SanDisk ExpressCard carries the SxS logo, and is fully compatible with Sony's new XDCAM EX, which has two ExpressCard slots.

Sandisk doesnt provide the driver or the firmware update in mac platform. Plugged into different PC and it workedand then back into same Mac and it worked. Also saw there were chats on Apple support community and even videos on youtube talking about exFAT working / not working with MACs. If the issue replicates I will update.
