I've been using Photoshop since version 2.5 on my first Mac, a Performa Power PC running Mac OS 7.2. I now use Photoshop CS with the Photographer's package, which included Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic for $10 a month. A good deal, in my opinion.

Adobe strongly recommends that customers update to the Photoshop CC 2017 release prior to updating to macOS 10.13 (High Sierra).
